Super helpful staff thank y’all for my new jeep

I came into this like anyone else looking for a vehicle: google reviews. I really wanted to like this place and I am happy that others had a good experiences, I did not for 3 reasons. My salesperson was Parley.#1: I was told, that the vehicle was ready to be taken that same day. Turns out it was not, the vehicle was posted but it did not go through their own inspection. I waited 2 days, no big deal and I appreciate that they want to ensure the vehicle is safe for my family but this inconveniencing and an example of something said not being true.#2: payments: Parley told me the payments would be monthly $227. I have texts to prove that but when speaking with the finance company it's actually $227 bi weekly. Big difference and another example of something being said that is not true.#3: down payment: Parley told me the down payment out the door would be $1000. There was absolutely no mention of any other amount. I also have texts to show that but today i surprised to be charged $436 by Mesa Motors (Brown and Brown). Immediately I call them to investigate and apparantly my down payment was not $1000, but I had a deferred down payment. This was not told to me by Parley. When I asked them to show me my signature authorizing this deffered payment breakdown they could not provide me that because it does not exist. I will accept my fault in this because the contract does state the total down payment is $1500 (honestly don't know where that came from) and that the payments would be bi-weekly. I should have stopped the signing and questioned Parley but I did not. I let my families desperate need for a vehicle override my decision making and that is my fault. I also know that Parley has a fault as well because these 3 important points were given to my family incorrectly. What did they do about it? I spoke with the manager and he did not offer to correct or refund any charges and reminded my that I signed the contract. He offered my nothing else. He did recognize that we both had a fault in this and told me he'd give Parley, "an earful". As unsatisfying as that is, what can I do; I can't afford an attorney, it is what it is. Please learn from my experience and do not take everything you hear here to the bank, Yes you want to trust these guys but again we are all human. Thanks for reading.

What’s the best car buying an experience I’ve ever had by far. Jordan was heaven sent. I literally texted him to see if the car was still available, He responded it was and let me know to put in an application online, He text me back maybe a hour later to let me know what my down payment will be, I paid the down payment and was walking out of the car lot in less than a hour. And now my family owns our first Tesla, We appreciate you a lot Jordan❤️🙌🏾
